I am trying to draw a floor plan with zones and link it to the Synoptic Panel in Power BI. I draw rooms as rectangles and used the Room's ID as Object ID in the Object Properties window. When I load the image in Power BI, the program doesn't link the room IDs from my database to the rectangles ID. Power BI connects to Layer ID from the SVG file and not to the Objekt ID. If I change the layer ID to the Room ID in a text redactor manually it works. What I am doing wrong? I need to draw 200 Rectangles and it is not efficient to do that manually. How can I set the object ID as Layer ID?

It sounds like Power BI does not recognize nested objects (objects within groups, since layers are specially tagged groups).
I'd open the Objects dialog and convert the layer to a group and ungroup all, leaving all objects in "root". Check the status bar for validation.
