    Hi!
I believe i'm experiencing a bug, or it can be a configuration that i don't know at the moment how to undo, that when i duplicate anything, the color get's messed up, and it wont change... also tried to put the saved gradient to it, but it doesn't work either.

If someone might know what that is, i would really appreciate the help... thanks in advance.

Most likely you gradient contains some transparent colours. Try to place a white opaque object in the background and/or enable "Checkerboard" in the Document Properties to get a hint.

nothing changed... i discovered that the duplicate object change the colors according to its position in relation to the gradient from the original object. i'm not sure if i said it in a understandable way, but the prints might help

There are settings in the control bar to allow gradients to follow transforms, and there are settings in the Preferences to allow sharing or duplicating of gradients between objects.
