I am a new Inkscape user.Β I would get a 360 degree circle to be sliced so that the circle is sliced to 60%, 2x10% and 4x5%. Where and how can I set this exactly?
Also, easy way to get a desired percentage of a circle (arc) is to multiply your needed perecentage by 3.6 andΒ enter that number as the ending value. See this graphic I made.

Hi. See this video material and adapt for your needs. (You could make individual circles and if needed, stack them on top of one another.)
