    Hi. I'd like to export an SVG as a 16 bit Gray PNG. How can this be done with the latest version of Inkscape? I open the "Export PNG Image..." dialogue but there is no option there to change the bit depth.

    It can be done with the next version of Inkscape:

    Meanwhile, use imagemagick or Gimp to convert.

    Since Version 1.0 is existing now, how to use the export to 16 bit grayscale feature from command line?
