How do I change the Fill color of existing rectangles that have text in them and are already grouped? By Grouped I mean that an individual rectangle with a yellow fill color has text also in the rectangle. I know there's the "Edit----Select Same-----etc option but it doesn't work, for me, when trying to change a bunch of fill colors in the rectangles.

I don't want to have to "ungroup" them all.
Thank you,
Peter
Select same should work if all the rectangles have the same color... what is happening?
You may need to enter one of the groups to select the rectangle or use Ctrl+Click to select.
The Ctrl+Click solved the problem- thanks!.
Which leads to another question- what should I do if I only want to select two of four rectangles to change the fill color in?
Whoops....never mind- just do Ctrl-Click on each individual rectangles and then change the fill color
Thank you, again
Peter
I'd use Crtl+Click on the selections in the Objects and Layers panel to de-select ones I don't want.
