Hello, I am trying to import an EPS into Inkscape (1.0beta2 on MacOS) but it seems like if it's bigger than 100kB Inkscape can't import it and automatically makes it a raster image instead.
It happens reagardless of how I import it (drag and drop or Import tool). Is also happens is the file is SVG.
Attached is the eps file I am trying to import (which I have exported from MATLAB).

I'd check the MATLAB export settings. The EPS seems to have embedded bitmaps. Note that a complex vector image may stall Inkscape.
