I have two objects
Both have had "Object to Path" applied to them.
I have tried appling all of the Path combiations i.e. combine, exlusion, difference etc but I cannot get the let B to be cut out of the puzzle piece.
Not sure what I did but I started getting it right. Something must not have been converted to a path correctly.
Hi Abasel,
When you make text into a path, it also becomes a group of paths (which makes more sense when you have more than one letter).Ungroup it with Ctrl+U.
Then you can select the 2 paths and choose, I think, path > difference.
Thanks for that. Didnt realised they will still all grouped.
Yeah, it is not very logical either, that grouped text. Glad it helped!🌸
