Beginners' Questions Can't change color of object

    I opened an .svg.  I ungrouped. There are now several objects.  I can select each one individually, move, rotate it.  But I cannot change its color.  ty

    The objects are single-line stroked paths. You can change the stroke color on each, or convert them to thin filled rectangles and change their fill color..

    You should be able to select them and click on path to stroke, then you can fill them.
