I made this image using Inkscape 1.2.2 on a Windows 64 bit machine. Opening it currently on Kubuntu amd64 I still notice the same.
In the process of making the attached svg I used clips as well as clip groups.
In the browser all clips are visible, but all clip groups are not visible.
I've attached the svg below.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
Can't tell whether that is a browser bug or an Inkscape bug. Please open a bug report.
I'd try https://jakearchibald.github.io/svgomg/ with default settings or at least Remove editor data, Clean up IDs and Collapse useless groups enabled.
