I am trying to Batch Export multiple pages into multiple png images.
I am in the Export/Batch Export/Pages and I type a folder path into the path select, click export selected and click the 'Export' button expecting it to work and create an image per page but nothing happens.
I can export singularly but I have set 'Page label' for each page which does not come through and I have to type out the filename every time I want to export one.
I managed to get it working by removing the Snap install of Inkscape (which is what you get through the Ubuntu Software Centre) and installing from PPA. Looks like the Snap package is sandboxed to the point the file management breaks. All good! Can't create exports without a suffix though .. odd ... not essential :-)

Seems to work here:
Inkscape 1.2.2 (1:1.2.2+202212051552+b0a8486541) OS version: Linux Mint 21
Note that I saved the document before I launched the Export dialog.
