IΒ΄ve seen this before (in this forum - but the search function is simply able to find anything useful) but not able to recreate a file to show these borders in exported PNGs; clipped, masked etc all looks fine in the resulting bitmap.
The file is a real mess to be honest; 1295 unused defs, grouped image clones etc. All I did to it was adding a white rectangle behind all content just to make sure no transparency or AntiAliasing issue will creep in and save selection with default settings YouΒ΄re file has a transparent background so I wonder where the "white" comes from??Β I canΒ΄t see any borders right know. Result and altered SVG attached.
The SVG file was used to create several other figures, but I deleted them before uploading the file here to make it lighter. Maybe that's why the file is messy.
I'll add a white rectangle underneath every figure, it seems like an easy fix.
Hello!
I used inkscape to assemble several figures. When I select all, group, and export to a png, grey borders appear around the different elements.
I made sure there were no borders around the different parts, but the results don't change.
Any help? Thanks in advance.

Can you probably share an example file?
Hello, thank you very much for your reply. I have attached the SVG file here. Hopefully, it helps.

Nah - one per page should do. ;-)
