I am trying to import a file with a music score from CorelDraw. most of the file is good, but the clef lines are missing from the last 3 lines. Any suggestions on how to fix? I think it's probably a bad setting somewhere but I can't find a setting to modify.  Sample files attached. 

I can´t test it - but couldn´t you just use PDF as the interchange file format here?

Please provide an example file.

Here is the file I received. Also the file saved by inkscape. I was not sure which format to save it in in inkscape so if there is a better choice for this purpose, let me know .

It is simple enough to fix the svg. Enter the group and copy the nested group of lines.
