▶ User choice of margin units ▶ Style can be copied from last selected object ▶ Inkscape 1.1+
If you want to use the style from the last object ( that object will not be framed ), the easiest way to do it is to select all, then hold down shift and click the object you want to copy the style from twice. That way it is last in the order.
Hello and thank you once again for providing this extension. I have been trying my best to get the frame to work since yesterday, I couldn't figure out how. Could you make a tutorial? I would very much appreciate it

You should be able to select an item and just press apply
If you have 'style from last selected object' ticked, it will not work on a single object, it needs a second object to capture the style from.
I've noticed that in that case it pops up 'nothing selected'.
I perhaps should have created a more informative message.
Does that solve your problem ?
Yes, it does, thank you very much
I've put an updated version on the main website
