HI there, I have a design that includes satin stitch lettering and an image that is fill stitched. Usually the fill stitch works fine when paired with fill stitch lettering or on it's own but now that I paired it with the satin stitch objects it will only stitch the underlay, even though fill stitch is selected in params. There are no error messages, it just refuses to stitch the fill. Any thoughts?
It is difficult to say without seeing your svg. Is it possible that there are very narrow areas in the fill stitching? The starting and ending point sometimes influence if the stitch path can be calculated or not. So you could either try to enlarge the narrow areas or to play with start and end positions of your fill. If possible you could also try to adapt the stitch angle slightly.
Hi Kaalleen, It seems to be fixed. I think it had something to do with stroke paint? I just clicked the X and the problem as solved I think. It's been a few weeks so my memory about it is fuzzy but it definitely had to do with fill/stroke settings. I appreciate your advice though.
