I am saving the same exact way every time. However, some files will work while others do not. I can not figure out why? What I am saving is running stitch SVG nothing complicated. Now the file is actually saving and I can see the file on 2StitchOrganizer, so I know it is there, but the machine Janome 350E will not always read certain saved files. What am I missing? Why is this randomly happening to files?
Other possible reasons are stitch count or too many color changes. For simple running stitch designs this is most probably not the reason for your error.
