Hi there - I don't use the Forum that often but always find it really helpful when I do.
I have noticed that text has some odd white boxes around it - see the attachment.
I'm using windows 12, Inkscape 1.1, and the size of the letters is 138px (although the size shouldn't matter). All looks OK when I look at the font folder in Windows.
Can anyone shed any light of what is happening here? Thanks.
The bounding box looks normal but text seems to have a white dashed stroke attached to it. Can you check at Fill and Stroke tab->Stroke paint if there´s any?
