I have a page that i have been working on and reusing for years now. 

Today when i go to move a text box, either by just hitting up arrow or manually moving it around with the mouse, it immediately jumps down way off the page. And then it cant be moved from there again. I have to undo to go back. 

I tried toggling the snapping but that isnt changing anything. 

I am at a loss for what to do or even check. 

It doesnt happen if i make a new one though.

i was able to fix it by clicking Text then Unflow

  i guess i had made those by dragging the box.
