Beyond the Basics Scaling a fill pattern

    I've chosen to fill a shape with the "Packed Circles" fill pattern but the circles are too large. Is there any way I can made them smaller?

    Take the node-tool - zoom out till you see the 3 adjustment handles:

    X=placement

    O=Rotation

    □=Scale

    hold down shift to maintain proportional scaling

    Pretty much all path effects will be altered by the node-tool. ;-)
