I am trying to export the image v_h005_svg to eps (this is a screenshot of the image on inkscape). The file v_h005 is what the result looks like. I used set clip to set the lighter colour to the given area and then blur it.
If I turn off rasterize filter effects, it works fine (except for the blur, but I need the blur).

One option is to Bitmap the blur (Alt+B).
