back on 0.92 since jessyink effects don't work in 1.0 , I'm trying to have something that is visible when I first go to that slide disappear from the slide when I click the mouse to advance (it'll actually be replaced by something else, if that can be done with one click that'd be perfect, but if it takes two clicks that's fine). But trial and error with the effects doesn't seem to be getting me there, and I can't find much in the way of tutorials online (a few for jessyink, but nothing that shows what I am trying to achieve). can anyone help?

never mind, (much) more trial and error and I figured it out - if i set "build-in" to "none" and "build-out" to "appear" (should be disappear but anyway...) (and "apply", and then save, and then refresh my browser....) then my selected object will disappear as I want it too - yaay!
