SVG document size 16,125 x 13,650 px.(Kind of big).  The more crowded the page with vectors seems to cause exporting to goof some sequential horizontal pixel lines line maybe 20 or so are missing across whole image.  Besides endlessly rearranging the objects the other thing that seems to get exporinting to PNG to work properly is exporting to a much smaller file size like say 1920 px wide and then switch back to 16,125 px size and turn off totally PNG compression to 0 for a whopper size file. :)  I think someone would be frightened of my SVG file that's doing this so I won't post the XML.  I have so many newbie mistakes in the file I have made a new gradient everytime I re-use the same gradient so I can adjust objects separately if need be.  I find the gradient tool to be a little sloppier than the node tool.  If I add more than one gradient to the same object then Inkscape usually only shows me one gradient and I have a terrible time with gradient nodes going off in secret hide space.  I used this Inkscape on and off for years and I love it.  I have ran in to this issue before with horizontal lines failing to render anything in the path of horizontal lines.  Sometimes up to a few bands of lines spread out over the image.  Here's a  screenshot https://imgur.com/a/Hb2i8sx
Does anyone know any known similar issue and what helps to prevent this?

I'd try using File: Clean up document, which removes unused gradients and other elements.

A stroke or fill can have only one gradient, but the gradient can have multiple colors.

I have seen the black bars and missing bits in files that have multiple objects with duplicated nodes or other corrupted paths.

Feel free to share a link to the file... only the brave will download.

I usually begin by cleaning the document, then deleting objects to isolate the problem objects.

I've done more testing and setting PNG compression to 0 Renders without horizontal black bars.  My SVG has too many hours of work to start it all over.  I know some of the vectors I created in it probably do have the corruption or duplicate nodes.  Thanks for your response here that you have seen this and identified causes.  I've been doing File Cleanup and I think that my file still has unused gradients because somehow gradient definitions seems to be the bulk of my SVG file.  I'm working on designing a large format tapestry and so far I have 13,517 objects in file in one layer and I need to add lots more and I've hit point of computer too slow to get 'er done.  I went to my text editor and commented out all the gradients.  It was responding faster again.  I'm going to have to rely on hacking my XML with a text editor probably to get this project done on my inferior computer.  My learning curve is great and since I've posted this I've really learned so much.  Thanks TylerDurden.
