Clicking UNDO in the Edit menu often doesn't work. Luckily the UNDO button on the icon bar hasn't quit on me yet!
Update: Okay, I've been experimenting, but I'm just an amateur Inkscape user not versed in programming or even much computer knowledge.
So far it happens right after the next command after first drawing an object. I've tried all the shapes and lines. If I alter the object and then try to undo from Edit, it doesn't work. Undo doesn't highlight.
However, I've discovered that if I point at something further down in the Edit menu and then go back and point at Undo again, it highlights and works.
Could this be something to do with my mouse or my computer? I don't have problems anywhere else that I know of. Since there are other ways of undoing, this isn't the most shattering problem. Just annoying.

There´s an "Undo History" where you can check your progress&undos.
Specific details on how to replicate the behavior would be helpful.... a bug report can then be created.
