Beyond the Basics Deleting overlapping parallel lines in only a certain group/certain color?

Hi, I almost exclusively use inkscape for designing origami crease patterns. Groups are really helpful with this which is why i use inkscape and not other origami-specific crease pattern editors like oriedita. I have recently discovered that i can simulate what a fully folded crease pattern looks like using origamisimulator.org

The problem i am running into is similar to what some others have come across but i haven't yet found a good solution. When you upload a crease pattern to origami simulator you will sometimes need a fold to be neutral instead of being a mountain or a valley. These neutral creases are represented in magenta, but in order for my crease pattern to work they cant be overlapping any other crease but are required on every empty grid line. Making a grid of magenta lines isn't hard to do by making parallel lines and duplicating and rotating them. In order for no creases to overlap i need to manually delete the magenta lines that are overlapping red or blue lines. This obviously isn't ideal as sometimes i need to make very large crease patterns, has anyone else found a solution to this problem? I tried using gemini cli to write a python script that edits the code of the file and checks for any parallel overlaps, but i could never get it working.

If anyone could get this to work it would save me (and others) a LOT of time because the designs i make are usually very complicated and can take hours from making the design in inkscape to actually folding the pattern.

Here is an example of what the completed file should look like (it doesn't seem like i can upload them directly right now):

And here is what it looks like in origami simulator:

If you need me to upload the actual svg file i can.
