After installing new Inkscape 1.2 (previously I had 1.1) I have had a problem with exporting.
When I try to export through gui explorer, I get message that I don't have permissions to save to this folder and aks me, if I want to save to Images folder instead, but there the same problem occurs.
When exporting by entering full path to export menu, for png it says "exported to (PATH)", but there is no file. For exporting pdf it says "Could not export to filename <b>(PATH)</b>"
I tried exporting both page and selection, running inkscape as administrator, ensured that I have permissions to write to that folder, etc.
Other programs can normally save/export to that folder. Only folder I can export to is my home folder, whcih is kind of annoying, because I have to move the files every time.
I also tried reinstalling Inkscape and rebooting my PC, nothing helped.
That didn't help unofrtunatelly. Also I found out, when I want to overwrite some existing file (export with same filename) the warning doesn't appear and inscape asks me if I want to replace the file. But again it exports, but makes no change to the file.
I unisntalled the old version through then control panels if that's enough. I tried downloading the 1.1 and then unstalling it again, just in case, but that haven't solved the problem.
But in 1.1 the exporting works fine, so I'll stick with older version for now.

Which OS/version?
Oh sorry, I forgot to mention it, I use Windows 11 and tried installing with exe and msi, but same problem occurs in both.
Before we get too far, I'd click the button in Preferences>System to reset the preferences and restart Inkscape.

Was Inkscape fully uninstalled before installing the new version?
Please share a screenshot of the Inkscape Preferences>System window, showing the paths to the directories.
