Just made a rectangular mask, and while nudge shape inside it, it appears some area turn to white, like a refreshing bug or something. I've tested the 'clean document' option from the file menu and it's doing the job, but now since i am in the process of nudging like 10000 times( i am a nudging fanatic, could do it for couple hours in a row moving small element as i finish the job), wondering if there is something else i can do to have the refresh enabled automatically on nudge, or any option?

Sounds like a bug. Have you reported it at https://inkscape.org/report ?
