Hello, 

I imported a PDF file of two reindeer into Inkscape. When I set the size and print out a copy the lines are fairly faint. Is there a way to set the stoke line to thicker?

Since I am a newbie to the workings of Inkscape I do not know if the picture can be taken apart?? to get it to accept editing.

It depends on the PDF. 

Those that have vectors can be edited straight away; some only have embedded images that would need conversion into vectors.

Thanks for the advice. I was able to find the pictures in svg form so I was able to fix my problem.
