Hello,

I have been creating text and outlining it using the process here: 

Duplicate the text, Union, remove fill, add stroke, Path Effects/ Outset 

I have been noticing that I get these strange little chopped up pieces of the stroke randomly around the text and I can not remove them. 

See 2 images attached! Have you seen this before? and is there a better way to get a smoother outline?
