Following a previous tip, I downloaded Inkscape version 1.0.1 in AppImage.
The download went well, but when I launch the application, a big problem occurs with the texts displayed in the various menus. The software manages to display only bizarre characters perfectly unreadable.
Inkscape tools work perfectly. When I draw an object, it is well drawn and its coordinates, position and dimensions are clearly displayed and legible.

Suivant un conseil antérieur, j’ai téléchargé la version 1.0.1 de Inkscape en AppImage.
Le téléchargement s’est bien déroulé, mais quand je lance l’application, un gros problème survient avec les textes affichés dans les différentes menus. Le logiciel ne parvient à n’afficher que des caractères bizarres parfaitement illisibles.
Les outils de Inkscape fonctionnement parfaitement. Lorsque je dessine un objet, celui-ci est bien dessiné et ses coordonnées, sa position, ses dimensions sont bien affichées et lisibles.

What can I do to use Inkscape 1.0.1 on Debian 10 ?
