Not a graphic designer. Just doing logos for a hobby. I have tried many ways to make my logo high resolution for a Capcut video, but to no avail. I have tinkered with the image sizes multiple times (following other online suggestions), but the logo still appears blurred when uploaded, especially when enlarged. See my attachments. 

The logo would be reasonably easy to reproduce in vectors if the typeface is known. 

Auto tracing the bitmap will not likely provide good results unless a very high resolution version is available.
