Please, please help! All menus, toolbars, etc. in my InkScape interface are now populated by random characters!? I really do not believe I changed any setting to make this happen. I've tried manually resetting the Language to English in the System settings, but it did not help. I also tried uninstalling then reinstalling InkScape, but the problem persists. I'm working on a brand new Dell XPS (Windows 11) machine. InkScape ran fine after the initial install for about 2 weeks, then this strange change happened!?
