I am using GitHub (Gist) as web host for some of my SVG-files. You can upload them as Gist and create a permanent URL. This allows you to bookmark the SVG within your mobile phone browser and create a shortcut to your home screen.

    1. Create a new Gist on GitHub (+ symbol in the upper right corner)

    2. Open your SVG file (file size should be < 800 kB, otherwise further editing will be disabled!) with any text editor of your choice and copy / paste the code

    3. Save as private or public Gist

    4. Click on "RAW" and copy the URL

    5. Remove the string between "...raw/" and the file name

    eg

    https://gist.githubusercontent.com/64mb14rr4/62cfbf46e7e5ccfdf9a2528f3afacb0c/raw/d4a70e65b4722088e89ccc6fde766dd00378509f/Inkscape%2520Diary%2520QR%2520Code.svg

    will become

    https://gist.githubusercontent.com/64mb14rr4/62cfbf46e7e5ccfdf9a2528f3afacb0c/raw/Inkscape%2520Diary%2520QR%2520Code.svg

The address without this string will be your permanent URL

    6. Now you can bookmark the link and put it on your mobile phone home screen
