Community Café where are the areas by grabbing onto which the panels could be positioned as conveniently as possible??
In very old versions of inkscape, the toolbar and other panels had areas by grabbing onto which they could be positioned as conveniently as possible. My question is, why is this not available in modern versions of inkscape??
