I thought I would take a look at the latest effort, but am getting a page not found when trying to download the zip version for Windows. Maybe it is in transition?  Anyone else having this issue?

I usually get the 7z version from here:

Thank you.  I am not quite tech savvy enough to know what to download from there. 

The link I tried to follow was Inkscape development - Windows | Inkscape where the portable version does DL but the 7z version results in a 404.

Hmm, the portable version is 1.3, I did not expect to find that one under Inkscape development.

The developer versions is 1.4, click the download artifacts button to the right.
