Because of problems I uninstalled Inkscape. I downloaded the most recent version and installed it. Now when I try to open the installed version, the computer tries to install the whole program a second time. The first question is --"do you want this app to make changes etc..." How do I stop this second attempt at an installation? The installed version works fine.
