Hey everyone: did you try open documents from inkscape? (open inkscpae, then browse the file from the program rather than double click from windows explorer). For some reason if i open the file outside inkscape, it got stuck into the old version (??? i deleted it ) and many of keyboard functions don´t work Hope it works.
I'm guessing your old version hasn't been uninstalled and is set as the default program for svg files.
I'd open Windows control panel, then click 'Uninstall a program' and scroll down to see what versions of Inkscape you have installed. You should be able to uninstall the old one from there.
