I am a little known with Inkskape but i was wondering if someone know how i can add a filter or something to make tekst in inkscape te same as the attached logo? I mean the white spickles as like the lettering is already a few years old.
An internet search for "svg grunge texture" returns a multitude of options; flaky, dirty, dusty, cracked, smeared, crazed, or shattered. You can combine these with your sharp, clean and shiny designs for aged, worn and corroded effects. These are not filters, and the files are often very large. You need a lot of nodes to create these small features and fine details.

This is not a filter; it´s a font.

You can also apply a texture mask: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Eh8j4RzkrxI.You can skip to 19:00 to learn about using texture masks.

This is also true for "eroded" fonts like the one from the example. 1000 nodes per glyph are not uncommon.
