In object's panel (ctrl + shift + L), you just have to click on the eye icon right to the layer when hovering it with mouse to hide all the content of the layer.

If there is only one other layer, you can also use the batch export tab in Export panel (ctrl+ shift + E) and choose the remaining layer.

Yes but this is to make tutorial to my student. I want this tuto still visible but not printable and don't want to add tuto to hide the tuto layer before print. I will ask it for futur upgrade.

    Thank's for your reply.

Frank, I think you know how to write extensions ?

It's very easy to write (or modify and existing) export extension.

It would simply be a case of adding a 'data-export-layer:True/False' to each layer.

Then remove the layers in the export extension (if done correctly does not affect the svg on canvas)

Also you could use a shortcut to toggle groups of layers visible / invisible in the gui if you  want that
