Johan Engelen is a developer of Inkscape since 2006, and served on the board from late 2012 to early 2015. He also contributed to geometry library 2Geom. He is currently on a break from Inkscape, spending his spare time in the D language community (LDC mostly).
Johan has a PhD in Electrical Engineering from UTwente in the Netherlands.
He works on magnetic tape recording at IBM Research - Zurich.
Inkscape is Free and Open Source Software licensed under the GPL.
