Meghalaya is renowned for its stunning caves, some of the longest and deepest in India, hidden beneath the lush hills and forests of the state. Formed over millions of years, these limestone caves—such as Siju, Mawsmai, Liat Prah, and Synrang Pamiang—are geological marvels filled with stalactites, stalagmites, and underground rivers.
