Hhmm, not that I know of.  Edit menu > Find dialog offers many, many different ways to select objects.  Possibly you could enter certain code from the XML editor, and select by dimensions.  I have not tried it though.

I think I once saw an extension that deletes objects by size... Could maybe be used to select, too? Can't find it now.
