I want to add simple 45deg lines inside a rectangle as in engineering cut drawings.

I couldn't find any simple way to do this. I thought it was included inside the "Fill Pattern" option. But couldn't find.

Any ideas?

Fill and stroke panel >> Tab Fill >> Icon Pattern

Browse to patterns in the dropdown menu below. Choose the one with the right spacing, then below set Orientation to 45°

Edit : I circled stroke tab but you understood I meant fill tab.
