I have often been frustrated that when attaching an image to a post here, it appears as a thumbnail. Despite clicking what appears to be the full size image button. I have also observed other people having the same issue here. And needing an explanation from someone. As happened in the current Fruit challenge
There is also a mysterious Embed in HTML button with an Icon that is clearly not about an image, when seen next to the "full size image" icon. I don't want to embed anything whatever that means. And I don't know what HTML has to do with my forum post. But it doesn't say anything about images. I just want my image to be larger.
So I'd like to request that the Embed in HTML be renamed to something like Full size image, Or Image in the post. or Image with the text. And an appropriate Icon with a bigger picture than the thumbnail picture. Maybe like below to help us non-IT dumbos.
Oops! this screenshot came out a bit big! Shame it's not possible for users to set it to a suitable size. Like choose large/medium/small. Or use the mouse.
@PixelPest Yes that works. But people would need to know that trick, and have a file. Which is why people are having the problem. I normally Attach from clipboard, as I don't have a file. Posting mostly screenshots from Inkscape.

@doctormo do you have thoughts on this?

I´m just dragging my images from the desktop into this editor window - done. Not working for you?
