Beyond the Basics Pen Strokes Keep Lagging

    Hi, ya'll,

    I'm new at using InkScape, but there's a problem I can't get past: whenever I try to draw, my pen stroke lags. It doesn't matter if I use the freehand tool or the calligraphy tool. I've tried everything here:https://alpha.inkscape.org/vectors/www.inkscapeforum.com/viewtopic6063.html?f=5&t=4055
