What's the deal with the Measure tool? I can't find any text documentation on it. I haven't been this baffled by a basic feature since I tried to position an image in LibreOffice Writer.
Why are the midway ticks placed so arbitrarily? And the side measurement thing? How are they useful in any way?
When does it decide to reset the angle for comparison? It starts at the horizontal, but occasionally it decides that its current angle will be used? Can't I just set three points to measure angles?
I don't use it much, but it seems to measure the angle, I drag along the first leg, then hold Ctrl when *starting* to drag to the second leg. I release the Ctrl key before snapping to the second leg.
