How repeat the last action in Inkscape?

In Adobe illustrator is called transform again (ctr + d).

In Corel Draw it is called repeat command (ctrl + R).

    Not yet.

There is "distribution snapping" and the spacebar-stamper. https://wiki.inkscape.org/wiki/index.php?title=Release_notes/1.2#Alignment_and_Distribution_snapping

Not exactly what you may be looking for, but handy for similar work.
