Check the buttons at the top of the export dialog. You probably want 'Page' selected, but have 'Drawing' selected instead. The latter will export based on the boundary of all the objects in the drawing, so can lead to the problem you're experiencing if there's a hidden or very small object somewhere beyond the page boundary.
If that doesn't solve the problem, please upload a copy of the SVG file so that we can see how it's structured.

So,
Im tryna figure out how to export the png centered. It always ends up stuck to the top left even tho i have the SVG itself centered on the canvas
