Wondering if there is a path effect like the 3D Inflate for Illustrator. The new inflated-look designs are everywhere and I'd like to know how to achieve the look.
Hi. Could you find anything on this? I am also trying to get it right, but boy, it is a mission. I can do the balloon tutorial, however this seems like a reverse effect and I just can not get it right. Any help will be appreciated!
The video above linked by @Hum is pretty straight forward - but I find the rendering is not comparable to Adobe: Left inside Inkscape/right PNG export:
Thank you. I played a bit with it yesterday and after watching some Illustrator tutorials thought to give rendering a go, something to recreate the inflate technique. Will post if I miraculously stumble upon something as a beginner!!
