I created this image in the online SVG editor idraw. The image looks perfect in the browser, but when I open it in inkscape, it doesn't display correctly.

Inkscape does not currently support css3 rgba colors. https://gitlab.com/inkscape/inbox/-/issues/1195
Interesting that the text has hex colors, which clearly are supported.
