    I don't know what Export as SVG 1.1 per settings in Preferences dialog means when I want to export a png file. I use Inkscape 1.3.2. Am I using SVG 2 if I don't choose Export as SVG 1.1 per settings in Preferences dialog? Is it possible that an exported png file looks differently if I choose Export as SVG 1.1 per settings in Preferences dialog?

    I don't think the setting applies for exporting PNG files.
