I'm an occasional user in Windows (currently 11), used 0.92 for a long time, currently on 1.3 (7/2023).
Having a problem with fonts. Firstly, there were none, but got around that by adding C:\windows\fonts to system fonts directories in system preferences. They are all there now - but they look terrible. Really, really heavy, like BOLD fonts on steroids.
Cannot find any way of doing anything about that, but must have done something wrong. They used to be OK on 0.92, I think.

I'd check the stroke settings.
Quite right, thanks. All font strokes were set to 0.5mm for some reason. Don't know how that happened.
